We are working with our client, in the Care Home sector, looking for Cooks and Chefs for care homes in Chelmsford area.
This is a position for someone who will be happy not only providing the residents with fresh nutritious meals, but you'll also get to build relationships with them.
This position requires someone who is just going to go in and get on with the job, cooking good, fresh, healthy meals for the residents to a high standard as required.
You'll be responsible for:
-Following recipes
-Complying to company food safety standards
-Catering for allergens and dietary requirements
-Helping to manage catering assistants
-Delegating small tasks
-Serving and greeting residents
The positions are available on both a temporary and permanent basis.
Shift times are from 0630-1730 where you can work between 20-50 hours per week depending on what you're looking for.
There will be some weekend work too.
Position starts immediately for the right cooks.
Ideally you will already have a DBS.
Salary dependent on experience
