🔩 Role 1: Production Operatives | Near Lymington
Orders are flying in and the team is ramping up. We need people who show up, stay switched on, and take pride in what they roll off the line. This is a temp-to-perm deal where your performance decides your future here.
• Mon–Fri, rotating weekly (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
• £13.00/hr rising to £14.00+

🔧 Role 2: Manufacturing / Production Operatives | Hampshire
A growing operation looking for hands-on people who can assemble and test to a high standard. It’s an initial 6-month contract, but there’s a strong likelihood of extension. (Got electronics experience? That’s a massive bonus here).
• Mon–Fri, straight days (7am–3pm)
• £13.41/hr rising to £13.74/hr after 12 weeks
