Show your team on your website or LinkedIn. Share day-in-the-life stories or behind-the-scenes content.
5️⃣ Ask for Feedback, and Use It!
Speak to recent hires and leavers.
Ask what attracted them, what disappointed them, and what you could do better.
Your employer brand doesn’t need to be polished to perfection, but it does need to be intentional.
