Job Title - Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Power Generation & Renewable Energy Division
Location – Fareham - Hampshire
Package – £24,000 - £26,000 + Bonus DOE
Contributory Pension
23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays ( NO WEEKENDS ). Shut down between Christmas and New Year.
Constant internal training courses by superb Recruitment Training Providers

Flexi hours Monday to Thursday (07:30 – 16:30, 08:00 – 17:00, 08:30 – 17:30)
Friday finish at 2:30

Commission structure is industry leading. No thresholds, commission paid when the client has paid

Job Summary -

Responsibilities and Duties –
Sourcing candidates for existing roles using our internal database and various job boards.
Candidate management and communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle including administration, interview preparation and process, and offer negotiation.
Creating attractive and engaging job adverts.
Providing feedback to candidates regarding job offers, interviews, and CV submission.
Formatting, creating, and advising candidates on their CVs and cover letters.
Working 4 roles p/w after training from different areas within the team.
Opportunity to develop into a Recruitment Consultant after 12 months as a delivery consultant
Qualifications and Skills –
Experience in recruitment or sales environment is advantageous.
Highly motivated and target driven to deliver results.
Excellent telephone manner.
Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
