At the end of last year, I made a deliberate decision to strengthen the way we think about growth and the future at Silcom Recruitment Limited.
As we approach a decade in business, I’ve become increasingly conscious of planning, not just for today, but for the next ten years.
With that in mind, I decided to bring Jack Cornelius on board as a business advisor.
Alongside continuing to grow our recruitment team to support our fantastic customer base, having the right strategic guidance in place ensures we’re not just getting bigger, we’re getting stronger.
Jack brings extensive experience and a proven background in growing teams and building industries. He will support us in both areas. As well as myself and the wider team, as we work towards our long-term plans, providing an alternative sounding board and fresh perspective.
It’s challenging, it’s different, and it pushes me out of my comfort zone, but in a very positive way.
Fundamentally, we already have a great business. Jack has praised our fun and engaging sales culture, and now it’s about building on that strong foundation for the benefit of the business and our team.
Almost ten years of running Silcom Recruitment, I'm still driven as ever to push on. I'm genuinely excited for the journey ahead.
