🚨 Junior / Graduate Development Engineer – Housebuilder | Warrington / North West

I’m currently supporting a leading UK housebuilder with the hire of a Junior / Graduate Development Engineer to join their Development & Technical team based in Warrington.

This role would suit final-year students, recent graduates, or junior engineers looking to move into a Development Engineering position within residential housebuilding. Previous housebuilding experience is preferred but not essential — full training and mentoring will be provided.

💷 Package:
• Salary up to £30,000 (pro-rata if starting part-time)
• Annual bonus
• Pension & full benefits package
• Structured training and clear progression

You’ll be supporting senior Development Engineers across live residential schemes, gaining exposure to site appraisals, technical approvals, infrastructure design coordination and consultant management, while learning how developments progress from land purchase through to site delivery.

A part-time start is available for candidates still completing their studies, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role upon graduation.

🚨 Engineering Manager / Technical Manager – Regional Housebuilder | Cumbria

I’m currently working on a really strong opportunity with a well-established, privately owned regional housebuilder delivering timber-frame and traditional housing schemes across Cumbria and Lancashire.
This role sits within a growing Technical team and reports directly into the Development Director, offering genuine influence and the chance to help shape the department as the business continues to expand, with several new sites due to start this year.

💷 Package on offer:
• Basic salary £63,000
• Car allowance £4,000
• Bonus up to 20% (paid year on year – c. £12,600)
• Employer pension contribution 6%
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Total package circa £82,000
(£69,600+ guaranteed excluding bonus)

This would suit someone with a strong background in residential engineering / technical management, comfortable overseeing multiple sites, coordinating external consultants and acting as a safe pair of hands within a small but growing team.

I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, design-led housebuilder who are continuing to scale across the residential market and are now looking to add a Planner into their team.

This is a business that blends traditional housebuilding values with a modern, forward-thinking approach — offering far more visibility, influence and progression than you’d typically find in a large PLC environment.

💷 Package & benefits:
• Salary £35,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
• 10% pension contribution
