The main purpose of this role is to work closely with our customers and provide professional and efficient customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and sell holidays to our customers, being the first point of contact for enquiries about booking a holiday and for queries on upcoming holidays.

You will need to confidently demonstrate a high level of customer service, and be confident doing the following tasks:

* Using your negotiation and strong sales skills to meet customers’ needs
* Close the sale in a regulated selling environment
* You will make it easy for customers to say yes to booking a holiday with us and for them to recommend us to others.
* You will need to use your excellent interpersonal skills to assist with customer enquiries over the phone, email and live chat.
* You will be expected to be flexible in your approach and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers across each of these communication channels and convey clear concise messages, responding in a timely manner.

In addition to selling holidays, you must also be able to build good relationships and resolve difficult and technical issue to find positive solutions to balance out the needs of the customers and the business.

As Marketing Account Manager you will be involved with the implementation of marketing campaigns, project management as well as strategic thinking.

You will have an excellent understanding of the marketing industry – with experience of managing a small portfolio of clients as well as the ability to work and manage larger accounts with the groups Directors.

As Marketing Account Manager you will need to have a strong understanding/experience of social media for clients, including knowledge on the different platforms and how they can be best utilised, content planning, content writing, campaign ideas, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing own set of clients with full responsibility of client servicing and account growth
• Supporting Directors on larger accounts to implement strategies and plans
• Management of projects from start to finish
• Costing jobs and managing account profitability
• Liaising with third party suppliers, negotiating rates and booking work
• Finance admin including estimates, POs, invoices and forecasts
The ideal candidate will have:
• Account Manager or Marketing Manager level experience (client or agency side)
• Degree level qualifications in relevant subjec

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
