While everyone else embraces AI and automation, we’re still reading CVs, picking up the phone and having real conversations with candidates and applicants.

What does that say about us? Old-fashioned? Behind the times?

Possibly!! But we pride ourselves on calling people who we think could be right for the job, more often than not, because we spoke to them months ago, asked questions and listened to the answers.

Things a CV can't tell you about a candidate:

🔴 The thing they're brilliant at but never thought to put on paper
🔴 The skills hidden beneath a job title
🔴 The problem they solved when nobody else could
🔴 The responsibility they took on without being asked
🔴 The experience that doesn't fit neatly into a box
🔴 The ability to make a proper cup of tea
