About the role of Growth Marketing Manager:



In the role of Growth Marketing Manager, you will be taking full responsibility for our customer engagement and inbound marketing; including social media, community management, and lead generation.
Helping to drive the growth of our high-net-worth prospect and investor base by creating a monthly growth marketing plan, taking into account the key industry periods across the year.
Using your knowledge and experience of social/digital marketing and other marketing channels you will be executing the plan, creating posts/blogs and other engaging content to deliver a constant presence across key social platforms and with the registered customer base
You will have previous experience in creating engaging content to draw potential customers – with the objective being for them to register on the website and later to become an investor
Using CRM tools (ideally Hubspot) to create and deliver regular engaging comms for our registered users and investors
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be creating assets for use in general marketing material (e.g. landing pages), customer comms and social media

About you:



To become our Growth Marketing Manager, our ideal candidate is a marketing professional who has particular experience in growth marketing and leads nurture for fintech business.
Experience in working for another fintech business in a similar role (ideally within the investment category)
Proficiency in use of CRM Software e.g Hubspot (ideally you will have experience using Hubspot, but not mandatory as we can train on Hubspot)
Basic design experience and ability and interest in creating digital content e.g. banners, infographics etc.
The editorial mindset with a proven ability to create and curate professional and engaging content for social platforms
Hands-on experience with customer engagement/nurture and web traffic metrics
Project management skills and strong attention to detail
