DEPUTY MANAGER / SENIOR CARER – EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!

LMSS Recruitment is working with one of our fantastic clients in Emsworth, who are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Senior Carer to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role

This is a full-time position of at least 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities:

1 weekend in 4 on-call

1 evening per week on-call

Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum

Essential Requirements

NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care

Relevant experience within a care setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to supervise, support and motivate a team

A good understanding of Quality Statements and their importance within care

Commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care

Ability to work confidently as part of a management team
