Our client is an expanding manufacturer of specialist building products based in Prenton, Birkenhead.
Due to a healthy order book, they have an urgent requirement for two additional Van Delivery drivers to start work as soon as possible.
This is a role for a professional driver, delivering to destinations throughout the UK mainland.
The successful candidates can expect to drive around 10 hours each day, make 8-12 drops and complete an average of 2000 miles each week.
The positions are offered on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract with the guarantee of permanent employment.
The working hours are strictly days, between Monday and Friday each week with each driver guaranteed a 40-hour minimum. The runs tend to average a 10-hour day and as the runs are nationwide the number of drops is minimal.
Each Driver is paid a basic rate of £10.97 per hour. However, the beauty of this job is the availability of overtime which is also guaranteed and payable at £16.45 per hour after 40 hours and £21.94 p/h after 50 hours.
Our current Drivers tend to earn between £438.80 and £603.40 each week, depending on how much overtime they complete.
Once permanent additional benefits include an incremental pay rise, 25 days of paid holidays + additional paid bank holidays, payment rebate, full uniform and boots provided, pension and death in service scheme, annual attendance bonus and company save as you earn scheme.
All applicants must have a full driving license which is reasonably clean, along with some van driving experience and a reasonable geographical knowledge of the UK mainland.
A reasonable level of fitness is also required, as some heavy lifting is required when unloading the vehicle.

We urgently require Van Delivery Drivers to start work on for our busy manufacturing client based in Prenton, Birkenhead.
The successful candidates will deliver high-quality finished products to retail outlets throughout the country. Typically each Driver will be allocated a Mercedes Sprinter van for the duration.
Each position is offered on a contract basis and on completion of the initial 12 weeks training period, permanent employment is guaranteed. The working hours will be loosely based around 8 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday each week, but each run’s start time will be allocated daily, depending on the journey. Please note that some of the runs will involve early morning starts.
Our client offers a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours each week at £10.97 per hour. However, the beauty of this job is the availability of overtime which is also guaranteed and which is payable at £16.46 per hour after 40 hours and £21.94 p/h after 50 hours.
With household bills rising at an alarming rate, this role will allow you to increase your household income weekly, as overtime is constant.

Our client, a distribution company, based in Ellesmere Port is looking to hire a Sales Manager.

This role is offered on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Attendance at trade shows will also be required. The yearly salary for this role is £33,000 – £35,000, depending on experience.

The objective of the role is the coordination and development of the Sales and Marketing strategy for the company. The role demands a leader who is tenacious with the ability to coach, advise and motivate while building and maintaining a high-performing team. Create a sales plan and set sales goals for teams to achieve.

Responsibilities and duties will include; devising and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the company and setting team KPI’s. To set, agree and achieve gross profit targets. To establish sales objectives and targets for each customer sector. To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by accessing the team’s strengths and weaknesses. Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy as a senior member of the management team. To manage the customer service team to provide great customer experience to “maintain core sales”. To provide financial information for the sales department for presentation to the management team. The Sales Manager is also responsible for the immediate personnel and health and safety issues as they impact the department.

The skills required for this role are outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership ability, able to work under pressure, good planning, delegation and organisational skills and compelling presentation skills. Along with good IT and writing skills.

Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 5-7 years of progressive B2B sales experience and a minimum of 3 years at senior management or board level in a reputable organization, a degree in any business field. Preferably an appropriate level qualification Level 4 Certificate or Diploma in Sales Management with The Institute of Sales and Marketing (ISSM) or equivalent. A picker packer based near Ellesmere Port train station. This is an ongoing temporary position and the pay is £10.85 per hour. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. The role will involve picking customer orders from the warehouse, packing and labelling each item ready for despatch. Previous experience is required.

Our client is currently looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver, to join their busy manufacturing factory in Prenton.

Starting ASAP, this role is offered on a contract basis and on completion of 12 weeks of training, permanent employment is guaranteed. The successful applicant will be guaranteed to work a minimum of 40 hours each week, with unlimited overtime available.

The working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday with a guaranteed basic starting wage of £478.80 per week (£11.97 p/h). Overtime premiums are readily available and paid at £17.96 and £23.94 per hour respectively and on completion of a full basic working week.

Payments are made weekly by BACs and on a PAYE basis. Further benefits on completion of 12 weeks include a back pay rebate, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, uniform and safety boots provided, death in service benefit and a 1% annual attendance bonus.

We urgently require an experienced Factory Cleaner for our specialist manufacturing client based in Prenton, Birkenhead. This organisation are a leading manufacturer of high-quality goods, that has been established in the locality for many years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of the production area, warehouse and common areas. Time must also be allocated to maintaining the exterior of the site including the yard and gardens. As part of the company health and safety policy, it is essential that all working areas are kept clean and free from hazards at all times and that waste is recycled wherever possible.

We are looking for a candidate that is health and safety conscious, has previous Industrial cleaning experience and takes great pride in their work with good attention to detail.

The position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis on completion of 12 weeks full working weeks a permanent contract is guaranteed.

The working hours for this role are 8 am to 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday and the rate of pay will be £10.97 per hour with overtime payable at £16.46 per hour on completion of 40 hours.
