£21 ph with 45 hours min for a one week booking with live in available
We are working with this hotel client based in Bournemouth for a one week booking.
This is to work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to support in day to day cooking within this coaching hotel.
The menu is a set 4,4,4 and breakfast service no lunch and then dinner the food is generally chilled and frozen so the focus is to prepare and serve with all diners eating at the same time.
The hotel caters for up to 150 guests and is generally at 90% occupancy.

I am looking to speak to chefs who are in UK on a visa and looking for a new role,the positions are based in the West Midlands with limited live in on offer and roles as follows,

Head Chef with quality and volume experience £48600 basic with package of £53k
Senior Sous again same as above £40k basic with package of £43k
Sous Chef £35k basic and package of £38k
Chef de Partie £32500 and package of £35k

This is an expanding group and they are presently looking for more venues to expand their portfolio.

The client can offer visa for 18 months to 2 years max and then person be ready for ILR and you will need to cover some costs to change the visa but will be enough time to take you to be able to take on the ILR if offered by the government.

So end of week post and the sun is out again,hope it remains that way over the weekend.

To finish the week with quick update on couple of new opportunities that I have been speaking with clients about.

I am looking for a GM for a hotel in the Manchester area with 50 + bedrooms,this is part of a group and the hotel would fit into the boutique market and offers superb character building with connections to Manchester city and local region £55k/£60k

The other new opportunity is for an operator in the Liverpool area offering a unique leisure experience and food and drink with a casual dining menu and cocktails,beers etc.

The positions include a Deputy GM,Duty Manager and Guest Services Manager,the salaries are from £31k for the junior role and up to £40k for the senior positions.
