A long-established accountancy firm based in Castle Douglas is currently looking for ambitions and enthusiastic Qualified Accountant to join their team.

The firm is at the heart of the local business community and you will take a lead role in managing long-standing client relationships with both small and large business across a wide range of sectors.
Some of the main duties of the role include,
• Managing client relationships
• Assisting other members of the team
• Developing the practice and work practices
• Reviewing accounts for sole traders, charities, partnerships and Limited Companies to a high standard
• Preparation and reviewing of tax returns for individual, partnerships and incorporated businesses.
• Ad hoc projects as and when required
To be considered for this unique opportunity you will hold a professional accountancy qualification and have previous experience working within a busy accountancy practice.
You will also have solid general practice experience, including accounts review and strong knowledge individuals and corporation tax.
