C&P in the headlines đź“°

The opportunities are there, the challenge is finding enough people to fill them.

That's exactly what we're seeing across the Highlands.

In our recent interview with The Press and Journal, our Inverness team talked about the reality behind the region's construction and renewables boom.

There are some of the highest construction salaries in Scotland and no shortage of exciting projects. But one of the biggest barriers to filling roles isn't pay, it's actually the lack of affordable housing for people relocating to the area.

It's a reminder that delivering major infrastructure and renewable energy projects isn't just about investment. It's also about making sure the homes, services and infrastructure are there to support the workforce needed to deliver them.

It's an important conversation for the future of the Highlands, and one we're proud to be part of.
