What an incredible day surrounded by inspiring women at Commonwealth Games!

We were delighted to join a special networking event for Leading Women, alongside representatives and community members from and , before heading along to watch the netball at our VIP court side seats.

It was a fantastic experience with some worthwhile connections made, existing relationships strengthened and an impressive display from some of the top women-led sports teams in the world.

Thank you to the community members who joined us and to Glasgow 2026 for the opportunity!

Meet our Speaker for Tuesday's Pitch Yourself workshop - Emma Jamieson, Freelance Communications & Content Strategy Director ✨

Emma is Edinburgh-based and works with clients across Entertainment, Arts and Hospitality from contemporary dance companies to global hotel groups. She helps brands find the stories that will help them shine, then builds the strategies to get them out there and turn audiences into fans. She's obsessed with how people discover things, and how culture, social media and fandom shape the way stories travel.

In her session, Emma will help you work through the "ick" of self-promotion and come away with real tools to promote yourself and your work with confidence. She'll explore how to get noticed by the clients you actually want, share content ideas to help you find your voice online, and walk you through some simple pitching and outreach tactics to help you get paid your worth.
