Key duties of working in the resourcing team -

Interviewing and 'qualifying' candidates on the telephone and building relationships with them.
Carrying out search and selection inline with client requirements, using various databases & online tools.
Lead generation and assisting with business development through your candidate network.
General admin - updating databases and keeping on top of applications.
Managing multiple vacancies in a high pressured environment.

EH20 Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to come work with one of Scotland’s leading M & E Contractor.

This is a permanent position that will support working from home upto 2 days a week.

3 years minimum experience is essential.

Responsibilities and duties include:

· Reviewing client tender information to understand project requirements & scope of works.

· Attending site surveys and site meetings to understand project specifics Issue of sub contract & Material supply enquiries.

· Analysis of sub-trade & material quotations.

· Production of overall summary of costs.

· Preparation of tender bids & presentations.

· Provision of post tender clarifications.
