We're recruiting an IT Support Analyst to join a leading Scottish Law Firm in Edinburh City Centre.

You must have:
- Prior knowledge of working in an office environment in a similar role
- Technically competent with knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience with Document Management Systems is desirable (BigHand, iManage)
- Be familiar with Dell, MS Surface and HP laptops/PCs
- MS 365 and Windows 10 knowledge.

We are supporting a leading Legal client to recruit an Office Support Assistant/Adminstrator to join their growing team.

You will provide reception cover, manage the mailroom and provide a high level of Admin support to the Legal Secretarial team.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm working 5 days onsite at their office at the West End of Edinburgh.
