Female Dual Care & Support Workers required, driver essential.

💷 £14.25 per hour plus mileage at 45p per mile
🕑 7 days per week service, operating between 7am and 10pm, full and part time hours available
We are recruiting on behalf of our sister care company with whom you would be employed directly. They are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join their team as Dual Purpose Care & Support Workers. The role involves providing high-quality care and practical support to individuals in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
As this is a community-based role, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Key responsibilities:-
●️Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and medication
●Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household duties
●️Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities
●Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times
●Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
●Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:-
●Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
●Previous experience in care/support work is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
●A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
●Good communication and interpersonal skills
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team
●Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
●Enhanced DBS for adult workforce and registered on the DBS Update Service however we can apply for this for you
Desirable but not essential:-
●Relevent qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care)
●Experience with challenging behaviour and complex needs
●Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and mental health legislation
