This month, we are excited to announce that the Industrial Temp award goes to Raees Shahzad! 👏🏼

This recognition comes from a joint nomination by both our team and the company where Raees is currently employed, which speaks volumes about his reputation. Raees first joined MET in March 2025 and has since completed two long-term assignments with well-established manufacturing companies in the Sandwell area. He is a hardworking and reliable young man who presents himself exceptionally well, making him truly deserving of this award after over a year with MET.

Farjana has been an outstanding member of the team since joining us and is truly deserving of being recognised as our Temp of the Month for May 2026. From day one, she has consistently demonstrated commitment, reliability, and a fantastic work ethic.
Her current placement absolutely loves having her on the team, and the feedback we receive week after week reflects just how valued she is within the kitchen. Farjana is always willing to go the extra mile, whether that means stepping in to help the team or taking on extra hours when needed.
