What would make your working day better?

Across the logistics and supply chain industries, the realities of a "working day" can vary significantly.

For some, it's long hours or time spent away from home. For others, it's the pressure of maintaining production schedules or responding to unexpected operational demands.

With World Mental Health Day highlighting the importance of listening to lived experiences, we want to hear from people working across our industries.

What change would make the biggest difference to your wellbeing at work?
