We’re delighted to welcome Katie from Harrison College to Treo Recruitment as she begins her internship with us.

Katie will be joining the team every Friday, and we’re really looking forward to seeing the value, fresh ideas and enthusiasm she will bring to the business. Supporting young people through real workplace experience is something we’re passionate about, so it’s fantastic to be able to offer Katie this opportunity as she continues her development.

You’ll no doubt see Katie out and about with us at meetings, events and in the office over the coming weeks, so please feel free to pop in, say hello and make her feel welcome.

The result wasn't quite there, but the performance, sun and positive energy were on full show.

Last night we had the privilege of being Associate Sponsor at the Doncaster Rovers Football Club vs Lincoln City Football Club game ⚽ And what a great evening it was.

For us, it’s never just about the football. It’s about the people. We were surrounded by fantastic individuals, including some of our charity partners and close friends from Active Fusion, YWCA Yorkshire , Lincoln City Foundation, Owston Hall Hotel, Chellan Highway Safety Services Ltd, Yates's Jetting Drainage Specialists, C&K Decorators, Edenthorpe Football Club which made it all the more special. Thank you to Diane, Lindsy, Archie, Joseph, Steve, Wayne, Mark, Chris, Wayne, Lisa, Lauren and Martin.

It’s shaping up to be a busy but really enjoyable week ahead for us at Treo 👇

We’re currently working on some exciting roles across multiple partners, supporting great businesses and connecting people with real opportunities.

We’ve also got a meeting lined up with Colette Blunt of Harrison College to discuss an exciting next step in our partnership, something we’re really looking forward to developing further.

Tuesday sees us at Doncaster Rovers Football Club vs Lincoln City Football Club as Associate Sponsors, where we’re hoping to be joined by some incredible people for what should be a great evening.

We’ll also be out and about networking with Doncaster Chamber, as well as attending the Six consult launch on Thursday with Gaynor Waddington alongside another exciting meeting in the afternoon.

To round off the week, Neil will be attending the races on Friday, before we’re back at the Eco-Power Stadium on Saturday for the final home game of the season.

Plenty going on, plenty to look forward to and as always, all built around partnerships, people and community.

Neil spent the afternoon at the Lincoln City Foundation yesterday, catching up with some fantastic people and seeing first-hand the incredible work being delivered across the city.

It was a pleasure to meet Martin, and great to catch up with Lauren, Alexandra, Sarah and NICOLA, hearing about the impact they’re making in the community really brings to life what a Foundation should be about.

A huge congratulations as well on being named Charity of the Year at the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce awards, and honestly, it’s no surprise. The work being done is genuinely making a difference.

What really stood out is how closely the success on the pitch from Lincoln City Football Club is translating into real, meaningful impact off it, benefiting the wider community, the city, and the people within it.

Brilliant to see, and we’re looking forward to watching what comes next. A real credit to the club, the city, and everyone involved.

What a weekend 🙌

Alongside our partners at Chellan Highway Safety Services Ltd, we had the absolute pleasure of taking Edenthorpe Football Club U12 Blue to experience full hospitality at Doncaster Rovers Football Club, and what a day it was.

From the moment they arrived, the team were brilliant. They loved the meal, soaked up the matchday atmosphere, and most importantly got the chance to meet some of their heroes. The players were outstanding with them, giving up so much time for photos, autographs, and proper conversations. Moments like that stay with young players forever 👏

We were also delighted to welcome Sprotbrough Crusaders as part of our grassroots initiative, another fantastic group of young players enjoying a well-earned day.

To top it all off, we even managed to get David up on stage (thanks Jonathan Heath to celebrate his 40th… something tells me he won’t forget that anytime soon! 🎉

Great to catch up with Guy, Tracie, Stephen, Ryan and Jordan as always, and a huge thank you to Suzanne, Laura, Shaun and especially Megumi for looking after us and for helping make it all happen.

Supporting grassroots sport isn’t just something we say at Treo – it’s what we do. Creating opportunities and experiences like this for the next generation is exactly what it’s all about. 💙⚽

A big Happy 40th Birthday to David Shaul 🎉

Today we celebrate not just a milestone birthday, but someone who is a huge part of everything we do at Treo Recruitment.

David plays a massive role behind the scenes and on the front line, someone we trust, rely on, and who consistently lives and breathes our values. His commitment, work ethic, and support never go unnoticed, and Treo simply wouldn’t be the same without him.

More than that, he’s someone who stands by us, supports the vision, and helps drive everything forward day in, day out.

It was an absolute pleasure to support our good friend Marilyn as she launched Inspire Side by Side 🤝

A new CIC designed to support people with a dual diagnosis, such as dementia and cancer, dementia and Parkinson’s or dementia and other long-term diagnosis.

There are people in our city, in our community that need support and it's no surprise to us that instead of taking a step back and heading off into retirement, Marilyn has decided to launch Inspire Side by Side and bring that support to Doncaster.

A brilliant evening on Friday as we had the pleasure of sending Carcroft U12s to the Doncaster Rovers FC vs Mansfield Town Football Club game ⚽

The team, alongside Manager Scott and their parents, were there to cheer the lads on and soak up the atmosphere. While it wasn’t the result Doncaster Rovers were hoping for, we’ve been assured it was a fantastic day out for everyone involved, memories that will stick with them for a long time. Thank you to Suzanne Uttley for helping us in arranging this.

At Treo Recruitment, supporting grassroots sport is incredibly important to us. These young players are the future of the game, and opportunities like this help inspire, motivate, and show them what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.

We’re proud to play a small part in supporting the talent of tomorrow, giving back to our community, and helping create experiences that go beyond the pitch.
