When you’ve exceeded Q3…

Summer is usually the quiet season in recruitment, but we didn't get the memo. We've worked so hard over the last few months, smashed the company target and had a record quarter. We're so proud!

So to celebrate, the Austin Banks office will be closed on Monday while we jet off for a well-earned break. ✈️

For now, the out of office is on, the suitcases are packed and holiday mode is well and truly activated. 🌴

Don't worry, the phones will be on divert and the laptop will be close by (probably next to a cocktail) if you need us.

Normal business resumes on Tuesday... if we make it back! 😄

Due to the ongoing and frankly outrageous fuel price’s, we've been forced to make some difficult business decisions

SEPTEMBER ROUND UP ✨

What a month it’s been at Austin Banks! 👏🏼

Alicia headed to Sheffield for the FORGE Summer Social. If FORGE 2027 is anything to go by, we’re in for a good one… incredible keynote speakers lined up! 👀

Sommer attended Ladies day, with one of her clients. Yes she did two days on the trot!!

We shut shop for St Leger Gentlemen’s Day 🐎🍾 A very important day of “team building”, obviously.

We attended the Barnsley & Rotherham Expo, catching up with fellow B&R Chamber members and making some great new connections.

Sommer & Alicia attended Growth Club’s 90-day planning session, mapping out Q4. How is it already the LAST quarter of 2026?! 🤯

After a productive day of planning, it was straight off to Headingley to watch Leeds Rhinos in the semi-final play-offs 🏉

And probably the most exciting update…

We’ve had our biggest quarter to date!!

We’ve welcomed some brilliant new clients, had some VERY exciting (and very secret 🤐🤫) meetings and have plenty more in the pipeline.

We know there’s one person who is going to be particularly excited to see this monthly round-up… 👀😂

October is already looking incredibly busy, with some great meetings and exciting things planned.
