🚗 Must have a full UK driving licence
What You’ll Do:
✅Ensure high-quality care and full CQC compliance
✅Drive business growth & service expansion 🚀
✅ Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care
✅ Oversee audits, safeguarding, and operational management
✅ Work closely with healthcare professionals & local authorities
What You’ll Bring:
🔹 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
🔹 Experience in managing a domiciliary care service
🔹 Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills
🔹 Recruitment & staff development experience
