Our client is currently looking to enhance their advisory team with trainee professionals. They are an established Mortgage Brokerage who specialise in buy to let and commercial services.

Although a full CeMAP qualification is not required, you should be partly qualified or have a willingness to study towards it.

An ability to provide high-level of service to a savvy consumer base on an on-going, account management related basis is essential, as is experience within a target driven/sales role.

Your duties will include:
• Handling provided enquiries regards applicants requiring commercial and buy to let lending.
• Undertaking in depth Q&A with customers to ascertain needs and situation.
• Utilising industry and product knowledge to make suggestions of best suited options.
• Sourcing the most appropriate mortgage and protection options within the market.
• Providing feedback and an overview of mortgage options, including your recommendations.
• Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing, maintaining pipeline of business.
• Driving repeat business and recommendations through the delivery of a professional service.
• Working with the underwriting team to assure prompt processing of the mortgage business.
• Creating all associated letters of recommendation / justification of advice provided.
• Full customer account management and ownership, generating additional business.
• Providing a high level of advice and guidance to the applicant.
You will:
• Have a full/part CeMAP qualification or be willing to study towards its.
• Have a background within banking/financial services.
• Have demonstrable success within a targeted, sales environment.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious removals client based in Watton, they require a Class 2 HGV Removal Driver for 12 weeks work with the possibility of a full-time position at the end of the 12 weeks.
Candidates with previous experience would be an advantage but not essential, you must be hard working, reliable and enjoy working as part of a team.

This role is extremely varied and can be very involved. As a driver you must be prepared to help with packing and unpacking customers homes/premises, load and unload the vehicles, you must realise this is not just a driving job!!
The correct candidates need to demonstrate flexibility, hold customer care foremost in their work ethic and take great pride in their own appearance.
The job will require you to do nights out most weeks as they operate Nationally and on occasions Internationally.

If this role does go permanent you will receive a competitive salary with overtime paid after 40 hours and overtime rate at the weekends.
