L'ESSENCE Hair & Beauty is looking for an experienced Self-Employed Hairdresser to join its award-winning salon in Chaddesden, Derby on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy, established salon with a loyal client base, an excellent reputation, and a friendly, supportive team that values professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
As a Self-Employed Hairdresser, you will provide a wide range of professional hairdressing services while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Candidates with an existing client base are welcomed, although there is excellent potential to grow your own clientele within the salon. You will work in a positive, collaborative environment where your talent is recognised and your career can continue to flourish.
The ideal candidate will have previous salon experience, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a reliable, motivated, and professional approach. You should enjoy working as part of a team while creating a welcoming experience for every client.
This is a self-employed position offering flexible part-time hours of 16+ hours per week with excellent self-employed terms.
