Dovedale Catering and Hog Roast Hire Dovedale Catering is a company providing catering and hog roast hire in the derbyshire peaks and surrounding counties.

The company is based within shottle hall an idyllic country house hotel based between Belper and Ashbourne on the edge of the peak district national park. The company is owned and run by Scott Hodson and Dean Mason. Two chefs that have gained much experience over there lengthy careers working in many hotels and fine dining restaurants.

It's time! We are looking to increase our staff!

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to come and work with our small team at Shottle Hall.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who enjoys creating fresh home made food for our wedding breakfasts followed by interesting evening food.

The job entails working a 40 hour week over 5 days, we can be flexible and there are no split shifts.
