🎉 EXCITING NEWS FROM ENLIGHTENMENT EDUCATION! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that Enlightenment Education is now an Approved Provider on the Value Match Supply Agency Framework! ✅

This is a really exciting milestone for our small, independent education recruitment agency and gives us another opportunity to support schools and Multi-Academy Trusts with their education staffing requirements.

At Enlightenment Education, we specialise in:

💙 SEN Teaching Assistants
🧩 1:1 SEND Support
🧠 Behaviour & SEMH Support
🏫 SEN Hubs & Specialist Provisions
📚 Temporary & Long-Term Education Staffing

We’re incredibly proud to have achieved this while continuing to do things our way — personal, local and genuinely relationship-focused.

We’re still the same two people behind the business, Heather & Alex, and when you work with us, you speak directly to us. No call centres, no being passed from person to person — just a personal service from people who understand education and SEND recruitment.

A big thank you to all the schools, trusts, candidates and everyone who has supported Enlightenment Education over the last six years. ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter! 🌸
