WE’RE BACKKKKK! 🚗💨

Yes, we are SO back! 🙌🏼

This morning, Reo Hodgson and I headed out to visit one of our valued clients in the Nottingham area to meet their new manager, and what an absolute pleasure it was!

Starting a new relationship with a new contact can sometimes feel daunting, but not for us! 😉 We had a fantastic morning getting to know each other, enjoying a factory tour and even coming away with some free products… RESULT! 😂👏🏼

For us, recruitment is about more than just filling vacancies. It’s about building relationships, understanding businesses and becoming a recruitment partner our clients can rely on. 🤝🏼

Looking for a new agency partner to support your business? Whether you need Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial staff, we’d love to have a chat about how Rose 360 can help.

Not even 2 weeks in and Reo is out and about with Georgia again learning the ropes and getting a better understanding of our clients and what they do.

I’ll never understand how anyone can recruit for an environment that they’ve not seen themselves, so we make sure to have site visits with new and existing clients so we can represent your business in the best and most accurate way.

When was the last time your agency came to see you? Our diaries are filling up but we will always make time to come and see you. Drop me a message and we’ll arrange a meeting!

Shoutout to MF Safety & Workwear for their super speedy turnaround on not only Reo’s high vis, but on a big delivery ready for peak 🤩

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞… 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐨!

Reo joined the team here at Rose 360 just last week, and she’s already out on the road with me, meeting clients and getting a feel for life on the shop floor! 👏

This morning, we attended two client visits, giving Reo the opportunity to see what we do best and meet some of our fantastic clients.

Now, it’s back to the office to get all the paperwork completed for our new starters joining them on Monday morning! 📝

It’s been a busy week, but we’re so excited to have Reo on board. Welcome to the team! 🥰

Today has been a GOOD day. 😍

✅ Coat on
✅ Docs back on
✅ 2 service visits attended this morning
✅ A busy afternoon in the office working on all the new roles picked up on site

Does it get any better than that? 😂

And I for one am VERY happy about the return of the rain! 🌧️ Everything feels so fresh, and I think we were all ready for a change in weather 😅

Now, onto the important stuff…

We’re currently recruiting for IMMEDIATE STARTS across the East Midlands, including:

🚐 Van Drivers – 2 different companies in Castle Donington
🔧 Assemblers – Nottingham
⚙️ Engineering Operatives – Sutton-in-Ashfield
…and plenty more roles available right now!

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Ruby ✨

A productive and busy week last week here at Rose 360.

Last week we were out visiting our valued clients across the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area delivering a few Easter treats along the way. A small gesture, but always a pleasure to stay connected and show our appreciation.

It was also a great opportunity to check in some of our new starters, lovely to see that everyone arrived okay. 💙
