Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Datchet, specialising in the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to kick-start their career as a Recruitment Consultant, with full training and support provided.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working as a 360 consultant, meaning you’ll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process – from business development and sales through to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the construction industry.
What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate or equivalent, eager to learn and develop
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in a sales environment
A genuine interest in recruitment and the construction sector
