Today, Friday 24th April, I’m pleased to share a personal milestone — I am now a Master Trainer in ESL Physical Intervention.

This is a significant step forward, not just personally, but for Ayotte Recruitment and Training Academy Ltd. It now enables us to deliver a full in-house Train-the-Trainer pathway, including both Conflict Management and Physical Intervention, supporting qualifications for Door Supervisors and Close Protection professionals.

These enhanced capabilities will form part of what we showcase at The Security Event 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, as we continue to invest in raising standards and developing future professionals within the industry.

My sincere thanks to ESL and Brent Davis for the trust and support. We look forward to continuing this journey, contributing positively to the sector, and supporting the next generation entering the industry.
