Our very own James Bond, you so deserve this.. Thank you for everything you do...

It is the last Friday of the month which can mean only one thing here at SCTV HQ! It is time to announce our Care Worker of the Month Award winner, and this month we are delighted to bring you a real-life superhero!

Our winner for June is James Bond – a Support Worker from ALP Care and Support in Cardiff. James was nominated by Managing Consultant, Adrienne Pope. Please find Adrienne’s story below:

“We would like to nominate one of our support workers James Bond.
James really does go above and beyond for the people he supports, he covers for a diverse range of clients from learning difficulties, complex mental health right through to homeless people with substance misuse, behavioural problems & Asylum seekers.

Clients claim James is unique in the care sector, he is exceptionally professional but also brings a fun aspect to his support which really helps to bring people out of their shell, this has been really successful with clients with Autism who really enjoy their time with him.

One client does not want anyone else to support him but James and his parents value him immensely.

James will rearrange his plans to attend a shift whenever needed.

He really is a real life James Bond in the eyes of his service users.

We would really love James to receive the Care worker of the month for his services to the care sector.
