Today marks an incredible milestone as PMA Solutions celebrates 5 years in business.

What started as an idea, built on hard work, determination, and a Positive Mental Attitude, has grown into a trusted recruitment and labour supply partner supporting clients and candidates across the UK.

Over the last five years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside outstanding clients, dedicated candidates, and an incredible supply chain who have all played a part in our journey. 🚨 Industrial Painters – Devonport 🚨

We’re seeking approx 30 x Industrial Painters to support the UK submarine programme in Devonport, Plymouth.

This is long-term, ongoing work within tanks and confined spaces — ideal for experienced tradespeople looking for secure, well-paid opportunities!

✅ Requirements
- Able to attain SC Clearance (escorted start with BPSS).
- Experience in industrial/marine coatings.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.
- All TTP levels & ICATS equivalents accepted.

💷 Pay & Allowances
- £22.29–£45.38/hr PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
- £56 per night lodge allowance (if eligible)
- ~70 hrs/week, 13 days on / 1 off

🪂 We’re Jumping Out of a Plane! 💛🖤

On Saturday, 22nd November, Team PMA (yes, all of us!) are taking on a skydive to raise money for SAMH – the Scottish Association for Mental Health.

Mental health affects everyone, and SAMH do incredible work supporting people across Scotland. We’re proud (and a little nervous 😅) to take this leap for such an amazing cause!
