🚨 We're Hiring: Engineer Scheduler in Fleet 🚨

📍 Full-Time | Permanent

💷 £28,000, rising to £30,000 after probation

🅿️ On-site Parking

We're looking for a highly organised Engineer Scheduler to join our Service & Repairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced

environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Scheduling Service Engineers

✅ Liaising with customers and subcontractors

✅ Managing CRM systems and administration

✅ Raising purchase orders and invoices using QuickBooks

✅ Preparing repair quotations and supporting service operations

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)

✔ Experience in administration, scheduling or service coordination

✔ QuickBooks experience (preferred but not essential)

✔ A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

Well… we did it! 🎉

On Saturday, we braved the wind, the rain, the mud (so much mud!) and completed our charity race for Cancer Research UK. It was wet, it was wild, it was emotional — and honestly, it was an absolute blast.
