In June, the 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 team had a fantastic day at the 𝗧𝗣𝗥𝗚 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁 at the 𝗘.𝗝. 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 in High Wycombe.

And we didn’t finish in last place this year!

𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 have been proud recruitment partners of the 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 for nearly 20 years, and it’s always a privilege to support the incredible work of the 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. This year marked the 4th annual shoot, and once again, it was a day filled with great company, friendly competition, and fundraising for truly life-changing causes.

It’s been inspiring to see so many come together — colleagues, suppliers, partners, and friends — to raise funds in support of the Trust’s long-standing partner charities 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹!, 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝘆𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝘆𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗨𝗞

NIGHT SHIFTS AT BOUX AVENUE AVAILABLE TO START FROM 21st NOVEMBER

***SHIFTS AT BOUX ARE BACK!!***

Morning shifts 6am-2pm OR Afternoon shifts 2pm-10pm. 5 days out of 7 with 2 consecutive days off, working the same days each week. The shifts do not rotate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable work with a reputable local company.

Overtime will also available on a regular basis.
Duties:
- Retrieve and fulfill customer orders by picking items from warehouse locations
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order picking process, confident with a handheld scanner
- Pack and label orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfilment targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role preferred, use of dispatcher JDA would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills for use of inventory management system
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods of time.

Boux Avenue are looking for Goods In Operatives to work in their busy Distribution Centre in Crewe.

All shifts will start Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm. After full training your shift will either, stay the same or change to Wednesday to Sunday 10am-6pm. It is important that you are available to do either shift.

Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

* Reading, understanding and programming a scanner
* Confident use of handheld scanner
* Putting away stock into the correct locations
* Handballing/Emptying containers

A very good understanding of spoken and written English language is important for the role.

This ia a physically demanding role and will be heavy at times.

My Crewe based client is about to go into their busy peak period, creating various positions for warehouse operatives.
You will be working Morning 6am-2pm or lates 2pm- 10pm. 5 days out of 7, same days each week. The shifts do not rotate. The role will include using paper based pick sheets and or hand held scanners to fulfil clients orders and pack them correctly ready for dispatch, checking and confirming of stock. Attention to detail is essential, and there may also be an element of lifting involved.
