Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Foundry Operative / Stacker to join a busy and established foundry in the Congleton area.
🕒 Rotating Shift Pattern:
✅ Week 1: Monday – Thursday | 06:00 – 18:00
✅ Week 2: Monday – Wednesday | 18:00 – 06:00
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Stacking and organising castings and materials safely
🔹 Manual handling duties
🔹 Supporting production and finishing processes
🔹 Carrying out quality checks
🔹 Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
🔹 Following all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous foundry, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
✔ Able to work rotating day and night shifts
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
✔ Good attention to detail
