About the role

As a Relief Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering healthy, cost-effective menus that meet a range of dietary and nutritional needs. * Experience within care homes, healthcare, education, hospitality or other catering environments is desirable.
* A good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
* A flexible approach to temporary and agency work.
