The team work solely with candidates, building relationships, networking and are responsible for the growth of the pipeline and clearances on the database as well as the compliance of the existing database.
They pre-screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and ensure that they are fully compliant to go to work for ProRec.
Responsibilities
Your first steps with ProRec will be working within the Registration and Compliance Team provide a vital link between themselves and the Recruitment Consultants. The role is diverse, rewarding and gives you a great start to gaining your knowledge and understanding of the industries we work within currently.
The role involves:
- using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to advertise positions
- attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
- headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work or looking for work via Job boards
- using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
- receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client(s) and/or database
- briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
- organising interviews for candidates in the office if they wish to come in
- check that all packs are sent to all candidates that register
- check off all addresses to ensure that full address is on posting labels
- conduct regular compliance checks to ensure that the database is fully complaint to the standards the company expects and is required to do
All files on the database are your responsibility, anything that is not complete and non-compliant will need to be removed immediately;
Working hours:
07:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday.
