💷 £27,500pa equivalent (pro-rata to 7m)
🚗 Full UK driving licence & own car required

We’re working with a highly reputable and well-established charity in Horsham who are looking for an Community Support Advisor to join their team.
This is a genuinely rewarding, community-based role where no two days are likely to be the same. You’ll be out in the local community meeting residents, attending community events and talks, carrying out 1:1 appointments and occasionally visiting people in their own homes.
💚 What will you be doing?
You’ll provide practical advice and support around areas including:
• Benefits & financial support
• Budgeting & managing finances
• Housing
• Employment & opportunities
• Connecting people with local services
You’ll take the time to understand people’s individual circumstances, help them understand their options and support them in taking positive steps forward.
You’ll also build strong relationships with local charities, community groups and partner organisations, helping create a network of support for people in the community.

You could have experience in advice, community support, outreach, customer service or another people-focused role.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

🚗 A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
