🔻YMCA Lurgan are seeking to appoint a Full Time Youth Work Manager
(Salary: YMCA Salary scale H2 (£30239 gross per annum) + employer pension contribution)
🔻YMCA Lurgan is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate 'Youth Work Manager', to lead their forward thinking, creative and dynamic youth work team.
The person appointed will work alongside young people as well as a team of staff and volunteers, to develop and manage the delivery of creative, needs-led youth services to young people in the town. ✨
🔻The person will share our vision that YMCA Lurgan is a place that inspires young people, their families and the local community to flourish in body, mind and spirit, and uphold our values as a place of 'Welcome', 'Opportunity', 'Well Being' and 'Peace & Justice' for all.
🔻YMCA Lurgan has received 'outstanding' external feedback, both from EA Moderations over the past 2 years, as well as that highlighted in of our recent ETI inspection report, with regard to delivering effective youth work programmes that are reflective of the needs of local young people and the community.
