Ready to take the next step in your Early Years career? We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery setting in Coventry.

💼 Permanent | Full-time
🕐 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday
⏰ Shifts between 7:00am–6:00pm
💷 £32,344 – £34,216 per annum

You’ll work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, lead and motivate the Early Years team, maintain high standards of EYFS, safeguarding and childcare, and help create an environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. 🌟

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Previous nursery or Early Years experience
✔️ Experience in a senior, supervisory or leadership role
✔️ Level 3+ Early Years qualification
✔️ Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
