Our Client is an established cleaning service company based in Tile Hill. They are currently recruiting for an Cleaning Supervisor to join their expanding team. The role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate, flexible working hours, company vehicle etc.

As a Cleaning Supervisor your duties will include:
• Supervising a team of cleaners onsite.
• Driving Company Van to customers premises throughout the midlands.
• Removal of waste and cleaning of units where specified.
• Cleaning of customers premises.
• The safe use of all equipment in accordance with the company H&S policy.
• Service deadlines to met at 100% achievement

The ideal Cleaning Supervisor will have the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience within the same field/ or alike would be advantageous
• Clear, confident communication skills with your service customers and colleagues
• Be self motivated, reliable with a flexible attitude.
• Ability to use own initiative
• Must hold a valid/ clean UK driving licence
• 3.5t professional driving experience would be advantageous

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be expected to work from 07.00am – 4:30pm but must be flexible for overtime. .

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

As cleaning supervisor you will be paid £8.50 an hour on the agency but when taken permanent you will receive a pay to £11.80 an hour.
