We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse Early Shift team and to ensure our company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

• Supervise, train, motivate and assign duties to a shift of around 10+ members to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Managing all aspects of the shift including but not limited to stock control, order picking, Goods In/Out.
• Monitor employee performance through attitude, pick rates, accuracy and provide performance feedback.
• The Warehouse Shift Manager will perform inductions with new members of staff ensuring smooth transition into the business.
• Responsible for promoting Health & Safety during your shift to ensure a safe atmosphere in which to work.
• Ensure the cleanliness and general working conditions of the depot are well maintained and compliant with H&S and customer requirements.

The ideal Candidate:

• The ideal Warehouse Shift Manager will have excellent leadership skills, solution driven. A motivator, comfortable with implementing change.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Extensive understanding of warehousing and distribution processes.
• Ability to ensure all customer stock is handled in a way as to minimise the risk of damage while in stock or preparation for delivery.
• Computer literate with ability and willingness to pick up in-house systems quickly.

The Assembler will be using hand and power tools

The Assembler will be working at different sites to build temporary infrastructure
