🧠 MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS - ON AND OFF THE ROAD 🚛

Driving for a living can mean long hours, time spent alone, tight deadlines and plenty of pressure. It’s important to remember that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health ❤️

Sometimes, small things can make a big difference:
💬 Talk to someone if you’re struggling
🚶 Get outside and stay active when you can
💧 Stay hydrated and look after yourself
☕ Use your breaks to switch off and connect with others
🧠 Don’t be afraid to ask for support

Most importantly, you don’t have to deal with things alone.

Let’s keep the conversation going and make mental health something we feel comfortable talking about in the transport industry 🤝

Funny how life comes full circle 🌎 🚛

I was a driver myself, and my dad spent his whole life behind the wheel as a Class 1 driver.

So when the opportunity came up to take over Driver Hire Coventry & Tamworth, it just felt right.

I understand the early starts, long days, last-minute changes and what actually makes a good driver, because I’ve lived around this industry most of my life.

Now I get to use that experience to support great drivers and local businesses every single day.

From behind the wheel… to running the business 💪
