We are currently recruiting x10 Fogging Assistants to work Monday to Friday 11:30-16:00.
Description of Duties:
• To wear a back pack fogging machine to sanitise classrooms, lecture theatres, offices, communal spaces and any other areas requested.
• To work to the agreed fogging timings given by the time tabling.
• To wipe down and sanitise touch points in between the agreed fogging time tabling commitments.
• To empty communal bins.
• To report any issues to the Cleaning Co-ordinator or Cleaning Section Manger.

We are currently recruiting part time Cleaners to work alongside the team to undertake individually, or as part of a team, the cleaning of designated areas, in accordance with cleaning specifications, to ensure that they meet the required cleaning standard.
We have various roles and shift patterns available from 6:30am to 22:00. We may require flexibility of working hours to cover various shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities
1 Undertake the full range of cleaning duties as directed on a day to day basis. Cleaning duties to include communal areas, stairs, corridors, lift entrance and the emptying of waste bins and removal of rubbish to appropriate collection points.
2 Report any concerns/queries to the Domestic Team Leader.
3 Use the full range of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure cleaning is undertaken in accordance with agreed specifications and work schedules, to an excellent standard.
4 Clean all types of surfaces, fixtures and fittings using appropriate methods, equipment and materials.
5 Report requirements for repair or maintenance of equipment and unsafe methods of working to the Domestic Team Leader.
6 Comply in all aspects of work with COSHH and Health and Safety legislation.
7 Participate in the calendar of annual events including Open Days.
AND such other duties that may be reasonably expected within the role.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning activities.
Ability to main high standards of cleanliness in accordance with specified rotas.
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide a response service for residents and tenants.
*Water testing for Legionare Compliance
*Provide a postal distribution service for designated properties within the property
*portfolio.
*Undertake a full range of cleaning duties across all sites.
*Responding to tenants and residents lock out.
*Dealing with call outs for maintenance and repairs and/or guidance.
*Recycling management.
*Grounds environment such as gritting and snow clearance.
*Undertake minor responsive works issued e.g. re-lamping, non-
*technical repairs, set-up of furniture and equipment for events etc.
*Ensure that any equipment and property defects are reported to the relevant line manager.
