Our client is looking for an experienced facilities manager working in a busy leisure facility, they offer first class sports and leisure facilities that can accommodate parties & casual bookings etc
The job will require working hours of a minimum 40 hours per week, and the hours will be subject to the demands of the events and functions, and will therefore include evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer facing – Ensuring customers have a fabulous time, every time
Team- Inspiring, coaching and developing your team to be the best version of themselves every day
Operations- Ensure the centre is clean, safe and fully operational always
Commercial- Drive performance across all revenue lines and implement new business plans
Financial- taking responsibility for budgets, banking and stock control
Working a mixture of shifts including evenings and weekends

Our Daventry based client primarily manufacture flavour and fragrance chemicals for use in the food industry and are looking for a Sales Administrator This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing and dynamic company whose market place is global and their business is consistently growing year on year.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Sales Administrator to support sales operations.
Coordinate with the General Manager and R&D Manager on sales administration tasks.
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Manage general office administration duties as part of a small, dedicated team.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in administration and general office duties (requirements)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in general computer software is essential. Experience with Product Management Systems is a plus.

Our client are recruiting a Temporary to Permanent CNC Machine Operator. To be responsible for manufacturing automotive components, following specific guidelines by the section supervisor whilst adhering to all health and safety legislation and company policies. The post holder will be required to report non- conformities as and when they occur, demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to work within various areas of the shop floor. The post holder will also be required to, as and when requested by the Operations Manager to undertake extra responsibilities as necessitated by business requirements.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities-
Customer Support: Provide exceptional phone and email support to our corporate business customers, ensuring queries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Complaint Resolution: Take ownership of customer complaints, handling them from start to finish, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
Trend Identification: Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and common issues, providing insights to improve overall service.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all customer queries and complaints, maintaining consistent communication until the issue is fully resolved.
