Looking for your next opportunity in manufacturing? Join a well-established team in Corby with a fantastic hourly rate and a permanent Monday-Friday shift pattern!

📍 Location: Corby
🕑 Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00pm – 10:00pm
💷 Pay: £16.10 per hour (£14.00 per hour during training)
⚠️ Training is required on a 6:00am – 2:00pm shift before moving onto the permanent afternoon shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Setting up, operating and calibrating flexible flow packaging machinery
✅ Monitoring production to achieve quality and efficiency targets
✅ Carrying out quality checks and resolving packaging issues
✅ Routine machine maintenance and cleaning
✅ Keeping accurate production and downtime records
✅ Leading by example and working closely with the production team
✅ Following all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures

🎯 We're looking for someone with previous Line Leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment who is confident leading a team and maintaining high production standards.
