Experienced Vehicle Spray Painter? Your next opportunity could be in Dorset.

Logic 360 is recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Vehicle Spray Painter to join their team on a permanent basis.

We're looking for an experienced professional who takes pride in their workmanship, understands manufacturer paint finishes and can deliver high-quality refinishing across a range of vehicle makes and models.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding and priming

Mixing and applying paints to match manufacturer colours and finishes

Carrying out refinishing work on panels, bodywork and complete vehicles

Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and customer standards are met

Working alongside preppers, polishers and body repair technicians to meet deadlines

What we're looking for:

IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Refinishing, or equivalent
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products
Experience working across a range of vehicle makes and models
A full UK/EU driving licence

Pleased to welcome Bill Ward to Logic 360 as our new Commercial Manager.

Bill brings more than 40 years in aviation. He has held senior airport and HQ roles with United Airlines, Qatar Airways and BMI, and has worked in the UK, Middle East, USA and India, and spent 12 years at Menzies Aviation running customer service for over 30 airlines at Heathrow.

He has sat on both sides of the table. He has bought services as an airline manager and sold them as a ground handler. He has also chaired the Heathrow T1 AOC and the Star Alliance airport committee.

That experience matters for what we do. Bill knows what airports and airlines need from a workforce partner, and what good looks like when it's delivered.

Whether your expertise lies in restoring vehicle paintwork and alloy wheels or delivering high-quality spray finishes, these opportunities offer the chance to put your technical skills to work in a professional bodyshop environment.

Smart Repairer:
We're looking for an experienced Smart Repairer who can carry out cosmetic repairs to vehicle paintwork, including chips, scratches, scuffs and dents, as well as alloy wheel repairs.

You'll need:
IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Repair/Refinishing
At least two years' experience as a Smart Repair Technician
Experience working across multiple vehicle makes and models
Strong surface preparation, paint application and finishing skills
A full UK/EU driving licence

Spray Painter:
We're seeking an experienced Spray Painter who can prepare vehicles for refinishing, match manufacturer colours and deliver professional paint finishes across panels, bodywork and complete vehicles.

You'll need:
IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Refinishing, or equivalent
Proven experience in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
Strong knowledge of spray-painting techniques and refinishing products
Experience working across a range of vehicle makes and models
A full UK/EU driving licence

Logic 360 is recruiting on behalf of our client for two permanent positions within a professional bodyshop environment.

MET Technician:
We're looking for a skilled MET Technician with experience stripping and refitting vehicle components, diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs. You'll work closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll need:
IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive/Vehicle Repair, or equivalent
Proven MET experience within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, mechanical repairs and electrical diagnostics
A full UK/EU driving licence

Panel Be**er:
An opportunity for an experienced Panel Be**er to assess vehicle damage, repair and replace body panels, and use welding, jig work and panel alignment techniques to restore vehicles to the required standard.

You'll need:
IMI/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body Repair, or equivalent
Proven Panel Be**er experience within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

This permanent opportunity offers a competitive package, ongoing training and the chance to work across a varied fleet of light commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, including Ford, Peugeot, Citroën, Vauxhall, Mercedes, Toyota and Renault.

🔧 £39,000 basic salary, rising to over £40,000 shortly after joining
💷 £50,000 - £55,000 OTE for strong performers

Logic 360 is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team in Warrington, Cheshire.
This is an opportunity for a technically skilled professional who can work confidently across multiple vehicle makes and models, tackle challenging faults and deliver high-quality repairs in a busy workshop environment.

What's on offer?
£38,000 - £45,000 basic salary
Performance-related bonus with additional earning potential
Permanent position
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30
Varied diagnostic and repair work across multiple vehicle makes and models

What we're looking for:
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 - 5 years' workshop experience, ideally within an independent garage
• Strong electrical, mechanical and diagnostic fault-finding skills
• Experience using aftermarket diagnostic equipment, such as Bosch, Snap-on, Autel or Topdon
• Confidence carrying out complex repairs, from clutches and gearboxes to engine work and suspension overhauls
• A valid, clean UK driving licence
• An active Class 4 and 7 MOT Tester licence is highly desirable
You'll also bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, high standards of workmanship and the confidence to work independently while supporting junior technicians where needed.
