• Manufacturer training and ongoing development

We're looking for an experienced technician with an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence and a positive, team-focused approach.

Skilled Panel Be**er? A new opportunity is available in Dublin.

Our client is looking for an experienced Panel Be**er to join their team on a permanent basis, carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs and helping restore vehicles to their original condition.

This role is suited to a skilled automotive professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and experience working within a busy Bodyshop or accident repair environment.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair method

✔ Removing, repairing and replacing damaged body panels

✔ Using welding, filling and straightening techniques

✔ Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards and agreed timescales

✔ Working closely with Paint Sprayers, MET Technicians and Preppers

✔ Maintaining accurate records of work completed and parts used

✔ Following health & safety requirements and maintaining a clean working environment

We're looking for:

✔ Proven experience as a Panel Be**er
✔ Strong welding, jig work and panel alignment skills
✔ Experience working across a range of vehicle makes and models
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ A full EU Driving Licence
