What does being a Health Champion involve?
Health Champions are specially trained wellbeing advocates who play a key role in fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture. Equipped with the knowledge and confidence to promote healthy lifestyles, encourage meaningful wellbeing conversations and connect colleagues with appropriate support, they help ensure wellbeing remains a visible and valued part of everyday working life.
As part of our ongoing investment in our people, Riada has continued to grow its network of accredited Health Champions over the past three years, increasing the wellbeing support, knowledge and advocacy available across the business.
This commitment is reflected in our recognition as an Investors in People Platinum organisation and our We Invest in Wellbeing Gold accreditation. These achievements recognise the importance we place on creating a positive workplace culture where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to perform at their best.
