Job Title: Community Care Assistant

Requirements:
• Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle is highly desirable
• Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and using communication devices
• Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and team members

Job Title: Female Support Worker

Location: Colchester and Ipswich

We are looking for candidates who are:
• Caring, compassionate and patient.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Confident communicating with service users and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to work a range of shifts.
• Committed to providing high-quality person-centred support.
Previous care/support work experience is desirable but not essential, depending on the assignment. Training and induction requirements will vary according to the client and service.

Requirements
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends where required.
• Previous experience supporting adults is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS is desirable; applicants without a current DBS may be considered subject to the required checks.
• Relevant care qualifications such as Care Certificate, NVQ/Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care are advantageous.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for some community-based assignments.
• PBS training
