Senior Mental health Crisis Recovery Practitioner (Shift Lead)

Location: Calmore Road, Calmore, Totton, Southampton SO40 2RA
Salary: £29,738
Hours: 40 Hours per Week (Shift Work including Days, Evenings, Night, Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Reports to: Deputy Service Manager / Service Manager

Reqirements:
• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with willingness to work towards a Level 5 Leadership qualification.
• Minimum two years’ experience supporting adults with mental health needs, preferably within supported living, recovery or crisis services.
• Experience in team leadership, risk assessment, crisis support, record keeping and partnership working.
• Knowledge of mental health recovery, trauma-informed care, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Equality Act, Positive Behaviour Support and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation, problem-solving, conflict resolution and IT skills.
• Compassionate, resilient, reliable and professional, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and promote recovery-focused practice.

Waking Night Recovery Practitioner

Location: Calmore Road, Calmore, Totton, Southampton, SO40 2RA
Salary: £29,350 per annum 
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Waking nights
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Reports to: Senior Recovery Practitioner / Night Shift Lead
Responsible to: Deputy Service Manager / Service Manager

Essential Requirements
• Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults, preferably those with mental health needs.
• Previous health or social care experience.
• Experience working night shifts and responding to incidents or emergencies.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, mental health recovery and professional boundaries.
• Commitment to mandatory training and further professional development.
Desirable Experience
• Mental health crisis or residential services.
• Supported living or NHS-commissioned services.
• Trauma-informed and recovery-focused care.
• Experience using electronic care management systems such as Birdie.
