Our Colchester office is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Sales Consultant to help us expand our client base and deliver outstanding service to both customers and candidates.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, sales-focused recruitment role where you will:
Develop new business opportunities within the transport & logistics sector
Build and manage strong relationships with local clients
Source, screen, and interview drivers and logistics staff
Match candidates to temporary and permanent roles
Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements
Manage existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities
Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
This role combines sales, account management, and recruitment, making it ideal for someone who thrives on targets and relationship-building.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a target-driven environment
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Confident, resilient, and self-motivated
✅ Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
✅ Full UK driving licence (preferred)
✅ Local knowledge of Colchester and surrounding areas is advantageous
Recruitment or transport industry experience is a bonus — but attitude and drive matter most.
